Terms of Service

By accessing or using Alpha Terminal ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses the Platform.

Alpha Terminal is a financial data and market intelligence platform that provides access to macroeconomic data, market analytics, news feeds, and related tools. The Platform is intended for informational and research purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice.

Customer access is managed through Whop. Alpha Terminal does not operate a separate customer signup or password system for platform access. You are responsible for keeping your Whop account secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.

Alpha Terminal is available through a paid Whop plan. Where a trial is offered, Whop manages trial activation, billing, renewals, cancellations, receipts, and payment method controls. Pricing and billing terms are disclosed through Whop before you are charged.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Platform in bulk without written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Platform
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through community features
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
• Use the Platform to redistribute or resell data without our express written consent

All content, branding, design, software, and data compilations on the Platform are the property of Alpha Terminal or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works.

The Platform displays data sourced from third-party providers including but not limited to government statistical agencies, central banks, financial data vendors, and market data services. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose of such data. Third-party data is provided as-is.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any data or content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alpha Terminal and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. We will update this section with a specific jurisdiction as the business is formally established.
