Privacy Policy

Alpha Terminal is built to minimise customer data held inside our own application. Access is managed through Whop, and Alpha Terminal verifies whether a Whop user has Free, Pro, or Owner access.

Access data: We store or process the minimum access data required to run the app session, such as a Whop user id, a derived Alpha Terminal account id, membership tier, owner status, and session expiry.

Usage and settings: We may store app preferences, saved layouts, watchlists, notes, alerts, or other product data you create inside Alpha Terminal.

Community content: If you use forums, messages, reviews, or similar features, the content you submit may be stored so the feature can operate.

What we do not store for access: Alpha Terminal does not store Whop contact details, card details, local customer passwords, or local customer signup records for website access.

Payments, renewals, trials, cancellations, plan changes, and owner membership management are handled by Whop. Whop may process information under its own privacy policy and terms. Alpha Terminal only checks the access result needed to allow or deny use of the platform.

We may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device details, request logs, and security events. This helps us operate the service, prevent abuse, debug incidents, and improve reliability.

We use service providers to operate Alpha Terminal:

• Whop for membership, payment, and owner access management.
• Vercel for hosting and infrastructure.
• Supabase for selected application data that is still needed by product features, not for customer access creation.
• Financial data providers for market, macro, and public financial information.

We use cookies and browser storage to keep sessions active, remember preferences, and support product features. Access cookies are signed and limited in duration.

We keep access session data only as long as needed for verification and security. Product data you create may be retained while the relevant feature remains active or until deletion is requested, unless a legal or security reason requires retention.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. For Whop membership and payment data, use Whop account controls. For Alpha Terminal product data requests, contact us using the details below.

We use technical and organisational safeguards including signed sessions, access controls, encrypted connections, and restricted secrets. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we design Alpha Terminal to reduce the amount of sensitive customer data held by our own systems.

We may update this policy when our product, legal obligations, or access model changes. The latest version will be shown on this page.
